Prior to Massage Therapist, I worked in the following areas: House Keeping, Dishwasher at a local restaurant in San Francisco, Management Assistant, Network/System Administrator, Internal Auditor, Technical Support, Computer Instructor, Private Music Teacher, and Massage Instructor. 

I’ve volunteered for the Contra Costa Sheriff Office as (SAR) Search and Rescue and for Pleasant Hill as CERT (Community Emergency Response Team). During tax season, besides working as a Massage Therapist, I’ve volunteered for AARP to prepare taxes for the Elderly and Low Income families.

I became a massage therapist because… I was laid off from my technical position jobs.  Then, I was vacationing in Bali and getting a massage when I realized and decided to reboot/restart all over again in a different line of work to help people.  I believed my calling was to become a Massage Therapist.

My favorite manual manipulation modalities are in Deep Tissues, Thai, Sports, Acupressure, Trigger Points, Swedish, Hilot-Filipino style of massage, Medical Massage.

My philosophy on healing is to help my clients feel relaxed, pain free and energetic.
